“What we need is an education system that is meaningful, relevant, holistic, balanced and inclusive... An education system with no restrictions on access... An education system whose quality does not diminish with scale... An education system where learning is a life-long adventure… Where the obsession for multi-dimensional growth is the ultimate sign of graduation… That, my friend, is the education system that i want you to help us build”- Saurabh J sarker...More

saurabh J sarker is a visionary educationist who embarked upon a journey on a road less taken. For the last twenty five years he has been striving ceaselessly to seek the true roots of education. His deep “sadhana” to explore the 'how' and the 'what' of education has led to the creation of the path breaking OmniDELTM system of learning that engages the physical, pranic, mental and spiritual aspects of a learner in ways that no other system of education does.

What started in 1989 as his search for life's meaning and purpose, has taken the shape of an unwavering mission to transform the education system so that it can be a true vehicle for the growth and development of humanity. He staunchly believes that an education system designed for the industrial-age will fall short to prepare us for the information-age. He thus denounces the conventional motifs of formal education which stifles creativity and replaces it with a rat-race for degrees.

Through the ‘Educators Colloquium’ saurabh J sarker will share the advantages of “OmniDELTM (Omni-Dimensionally Engaging Learningware) and its path breaking approach to learning that is making mass education in India a reality and also about the field of human development by integrating the best of Aesthetics, Technologies and Values for proper development of a child.

“In the first act of my professional life, I was a psychologist with a private practice in one of the wealthiest communities in Los Angeles. In the second act, I was a consultant: first with a boutique firm that specialized in helping senior leaders shape and develop more productive organizational cultures; then with one of America’s largest and most prestigious consulting firms. While leaving Deloitte, I had made enough money that I could be “carefully selective about what I wanted to do in the last act of my life”... More
